Raise a Complaint
Contact our Customer Care team or your nearest Zyvo retailer with your complaint.
Phone-Based Assistance
Our support executive will call you directly to assist. Many issues can be resolved through remote guidance.
Technician Visit (If Needed)
If the issue requires physical attention, we’ll schedule a technician visit within 24–48 hours to your address.
On-Site Service or Pickup
Most problems are resolved on the spot.
For major issues, our executive will collect the TV, bring it to our authorized service center, and return it repaired or replaced within 7 days.
